The Cosmic Dance of SurrenderPosted: 2025-11-04  Life is an unveiling, a return to our truest self. The Constructed SelfWe spend the first few decades programmed by culture, family, gender…the expectations that come with these associations guiding our development. Too often, we learn a distorted sense of self through the crucible of trauma. We learn who to be by what’s encouraged and celebrated by the company that surrounds us. When we're young, we rely on others to meet material needs. This reliance forces us to conform and behave in ways expected, molding us in the image of our proximal eco system. We learn to create masks of identity, assimilating into a range of expectations all of which are external to ourselves. The identity created can be comforting, providing a sense of purpose. Who would you be had you grown up differently? Had your family dynamics, your country, your religion, been altered in any way the image reflected back in the mirror would represent a different version of you. We are often so caught up in the motions of daily life to stop and question what we've been taught to see as true - about ourselves and our place within the world. Not everyone finds value in asking questions that confront our sense of identity; it's easier to accept it as we've learned it. Often, we don’t realize there is an identity that transcends our life experiences, let alone question what our true nature is. We bend to ensure the comfort of others thereby ensuring the acceptance of self. We lose our true form; our divinity - our core identity by repeating behaviors that provide a positive return through social interactions and acceptance. The identity, chiseled by outside forces, sooner or later, will be confronted with an opportunity to surrender to a greater truth. What we do with this affront becomes pivotal in our progression - if that's a path we've chosen. The Space Between UsWe process linearly, a constant progression of cause and effect. In this paradigm, our mind is separated from the experiences that come to pass yet we are much more interconnected than we can possibly imagine. We've been taught this sense of separateness - an identity of me, separate from you. If we’re willing, we’ll be open to the experiences that challenge our sense of discreteness. The Telepathy Tapes and The Gateway Process are two examples of the possibilities of an interconnected consciousness. We can practice this ourselves by tuning out our thoughts and tuning in to greater awareness. There are many practices that enable us to connect with one another and with the larger consciousness that permeates time and space. Tuning out requires us to be present; we must relinquish all thoughts that are disconnected from this current moment. The first two in particular focus on letting go of the past and the future. Anger tells us that something that has already occurred did not happen as we wanted it to while worry informs us that something that has not yet happened will not happen as we desire. We give our power away to past experiences and future probabilities ever losing the magic that is present right now. We can not connect with a larger truth when our minds wander the halls of what was or what will be. All Things are One ThingOur senses tell us that the material world is comprised of solid things, at the atomic level there is no solid matter as we perceive it. All atoms, all particles are in a constant state of motion, molecularly popping in and out of existence. It’s been theorized that what we would consider a collision of matter is actually a collision of forces - vibratory energy that either attracts or repels. If all matter is permeable, how can anything ever really be separate. We coalesce with the energy of those we share time and space with. Empaths know this well as we can easily become enmeshed in the feelings of others. Frequency holds keys to alignment of energy. This is not to say the mind doesn't have an original thought although, if we really consider that all thought is a reflection of the indoctrination and programming that's been instilled, our notion of original thought becomes challenged. When internal thoughts are silenced we open to a greater, expanded awareness allowing us to tap into other conscious paradigms. We live in a sea of conscious energy that intersects and coalesces with other conscious thoughtforms. Our Story Transcends this LifetimeWhen I was three I had a moment of lucidity. I recalled, with great clarity, why I was here. I recounted the age I would be when certain events, central to my life, would come to pass. I would go on to have other experiences which I would categorize in the same vein as this - seeing something beyond the logical mind. This would be the first experience which would defy the limited view of self and present an opportunity, in later years, to reflect on the profound mystery of life. This recounting of the significance of my choosing to be here would save me continuously from the dark moments that would follow and remind me, when the world seems bleak, that all things in life happen for us - not to us. We are in a constant state of growth and evolution walking toward a shared destination that most of us have forgotten. Mile Markers and GuidesWe don't meet by chance. We attract what we need; we attract what we are. People enter and exit our stories in divine timing; guided by unseen forces. We will meet many guides along our journey. Some that are meant to teach, some heal and some remind us of something far greater. All serving a divine purpose. The challenge often becomes recognizing when we must be willing to leave rooms that no longer hold space for us. As we progress on our journey we will fall out of alignment with those whose life has taken a path that is discordant with our own. Energy that resonates with our own souls vibration is reflected in our closest relationships and our experiences. To be ready for what's coming we must let go of what was - a constant dance of being present and allowing what is meant for us to flow toward us. For those with which we entangle, it was an inevitability, there was no choice to be made. It was and has always been this way, we are only beginning to wake up to the awareness of what is and has always been. There is no coincidence, only synchronicities whose purpose we have not yet realized. To perceive the imperceptible we must abandon our constructed self. We have to empty all we think we know to gain the knowledge we seek. To do this, our desire to know must be greater than our desire to remain within the confines of our limited beliefs. Life is magic and so are you! Empty all you think you know....be open to what's to come. Tune out and tune in. For those that are on this journey with me - I see you and I feel you. We are not separate, we are surrounded with the loving support of one another!
